The Sobriety Test: A Tool for Effective Parenting describes how a parent can use the Standard Field Sobriety Test (used by police officers across the country) to help parents help their teens to make the right decisions about drug and alcohol use. Using the Sobriety Test does not require any special training, is non-invasive, and can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt whether a person is under the influence of drugs or alcohol (whether they admit it or not). The Sobriety Test is one more tool a parent can use to help their teens do the right thing.
